Thanks for today - enjoyed that.Yellow is the new Black.0 -
Couldn't feel my toes when I got back but a lovely morning nevertheless. Onwards and upwards as they say.0
-
Really enjoyed this mornings ride gents, apart from the frozen todger. Definitely up for doing a few more0
-
My work has changed on Thurs (again) and I am now available all day so could go out earlier than 14.30 if anyone wants an outingYellow is the new Black.0
-
Cool - earlier is better for me as I've got to get to Cambridge at a reasonable time for wee drinkie. Forecast looks OK, how big a ride are you up for?0
-
That rather depends how long you want to wait.
Realistically I can only be out there 2 hrs.Yellow is the new Black.0 -
I can make this one - are you meeting at the same place as before?
I have no problems with time!0 -
13.00 would be good for me. Happy to do same route (i.e. the Belton, Long Watton, Diseworth loop) but Mr B may like a change?Yellow is the new Black.0

Nah, sounds good to me - see you there0
-
When you doing it? How many miles and is it very hilly. Couldn't do last one due to my other hobby and being in WorksopFelt AR4

Ayup Steve,
Any chance of starting tomorrow before lunch? My plans have changed a bit so I need to be in Cambridge by 4:30. Could we start at, say, 11:30?
Also, do you remember the route? I wasn't paying attention on Saturday0 -
Jim
No problem and yes i know the route - follow the black dot (you) in the distance ;-)Yellow is the new Black.0 -
Good stuff - see you there. Did 50 miles today so expect a lot of whinging0
-
Will have to give this one a miss if you are going at 11.00 am. Have a good ride anyway0
-
We're meeting at 11:30 John, just in case that 30 minutes makes a difference to whether you can make it0
-
Go on John you know you want to ;-)Yellow is the new Black.0

So next one for me will be Sunday if anyone wants in.Yellow is the new Black.0
-
Guys - you are not a million miles away from the reliability ride that starts at Rosliston Forest (just outside Burton-on-Trent) on Sunday at 10.00am.
If it was like last week's ride, there will be a a hundred or so to join in with and cost is minimal (last week was free)0 -
Reliability - how far?Yellow is the new Black.0
-
I believe that the one on Sunday is organised by Lichfield CC. 2 laps of 30 miles I think and nobody worries too much if you only do 1 lap and then spend time in the cafe whilst the keenies complete the second lap (and the racing snakes usually arrive in the cafe just a few minutes afterwards).0
