    On my quick trip into the centre of the city today, out of all the asl's at the junctions I use about 75% had people parked in them including a merc taxi on the embankment who seemed to think it was fine to creep through it on red out the other side and then carry on as the lights went green not once but twice as I caught him up at two sets of lights going past temple.
