    This thread is useless without height! or at least BMI :D Not that BMI counts for much really

    I am in

    Current 185lbs 5ft 10" Aim 167lbs by the summer (11s.13lbs) Don't know how to up date the chart, sorry

    I have done 51 lbs this year so might be a bit tough going much further, My Christmas pressie to myself was a pair of 32" "Loose Fit" jeans, and they are just that loose which was great!!

    I selected all copied into notepad editted there then place back in to editor highlighted and hit code. Then preview and adjust.

    Oh and 214lbs is 97kgs. So it was wrong to start with. Feel free to change it, select quote, take out everything before and after the <code> and </code> tags and edit it.

    I need to keep my mileage up (80 to 140mile a week) but to stop eating so much garbage. I've lost no weight for a year. I'm hoping that posting on a public forum will shame me into better behaviour :oops:

    I started this year weighing 92.5kg and my target was around 84kg. I was quite disciplined all year and not only did I beat my target I actually got down as low as 80kg. Even with the excess of Christmas and New Year I should begin 2012 at 83kg, which I am delighted with and sets me up for my new target of 78kg. I'm not sure I could or should go much lower than that as my body fat percentage will be in single figures at around that level.

    I just don't want to have to do conversion arithmetic when updating my stats; and since I'll measure my own weight in stones and pounds, it makes sense for me to list those in the table. =)

    Oh God - I've just realised that there are men on that table who are lighter than me and I'm a girl! Now that's shaming. I really need to stay away from the BBC canteen - black pudding and hash browns every morning is not doing me any favours.

    Oh, it's always been the way for me, I'm afraid. I lose weight in Jan/Feb and then steadily put it on across the year. If I can settle at 83kg I'm happy, but I have a horrible feeling I'll be touching 90kg by now. Losing weight isn't fun, but it's no biggy.

    Another hoping public shame will help me change my ways. I've reconciled myself to never being a racing snake but if I can get back down to about 100kg, it will be a bit less of a struggle.

    More Sufferfest and less wine for me for a bit.

    If it helps, I have more. I'm just not posting how much cause there is no chance of me loosing it.

    This kinda reminds me of several years ago when a guy that worked in our office was on a diet. One of the women casually mentioned he'd almost got to his target weight and I almost choked. The guy was at least a foot taller than me and his target weight was less than I weighed.

    If Prince Charming ever turns up on my door...he's gonna have a helluva time carrying me off into the sunset.

    I have no choice but to lose as much as possible. it's starting to take a toll on my back and hips. annoyingly though with the amount of exercise I do I should be stick thin!
