Especially if you're then going to drive it aggressively like a pleb (cleariy wishing they had a faster car), whereas things like 123's tend to be better driven, IME. It's almost as if some of them don't care/know what they're driving, they just want the badge......
Oh....In a bizarre revelation BMW CEO Norbert Reithofer has proved BMW drivers aren’t as clever as they think they are! A survey targeted specifically at 1-Series drivers has shown that 80 per cent of them believe their car is front-wheel drive.

No, it's like buying a tiny house in the 'right' postcode, when the next house along has a different postcode but is bigger and cheaper. And faster. Because it's got rockets strapped to it. And who wouldn't want to live in a rockethouse?!0 -

No because people with Orange Five's generally think they are better than anyone else...their the equivilant to a BMW driver in the MTB world...0 -
So, what we've learnt is that VWsurfbum doesn't like other people's cars, and is beginning to sound like Surfmatt, but ass-backwards0

Yep but I don't tell people my car is better and talks more0 -
But you're quite willing to knock people who drive other cars. Ever heard of "reverse snobbery"? It's a disgusting affliction.0

I have owned bmw's and also own an Orange5 am I a c##t.
Does it help that I now have a dub and hate Audi's and their toffee nosed, outside lane hogging, never bloody indicate, tail gate all the time, give cyclists no room when overtaking drivers!Loving life in rural SW France
Orange 5 Pro
Ribble Audax

how can it be reverse snobbery?
I have had many of nice cars, and some twice the price of the one in question.
My main issue is with the owners and their drivers mainly, and yes its TRUE some have transferd over to auto union.
So what we have learnt is I hate most cars, some people and generally hate the motor industry after working in it for most of my life. I do enjoy motorsports still but I'm glad i got out when I did.
I will refrain from giving my opinions in the future.0 -

To be honest if I go to my local Sainsbury's or Tesco there will always be some asshole ( in various makes of car) parked on the double yellow's to use the cash point or people parking in the "drop off" zone because they can't be fooked to walk an extra yards...
I think you have waited there the majority of the day observing Fords, Vauxhalls, Audi's, Skoda's, Fiat's .......untill you caught a BWM driver which is very sad indeed....you need to get a life...0 -
