let's hope not!
after my brake alignment trauma I want everyone to suffer . . . .
POINTS for the completeness of the build . . . .
buy a beater bike for 200 notes and that does not count
Oh I just want the frame as I have the rest. I don't think it'll be v-brake compatible hence the question. Whatever It will be stripped and rebuilt. Might even go as far a respraying the frame for bonus points!--

I maybe interested. Does it have brake callipers on it? Are they serviceable? What about the rest of the bike and bits?

I may well take that. I'll send you a PM later. I'm in Preston for the weekend in a couple of weeks, driving back to London on Sunday evening so could pick up. I only want / need the frame and brakes but will take the lot if you prefer.--

Plan is afoot for n+1 a flatbar winter hack / frankenbike.....,
So some questions,
Respraying / painting an aluminium frame where do I start with that? Maybe stickers would be enough....
Changing / servicing a headset? Can any help me with that?
How about swapping a chainset and bottom bracket from one bike to another?
Can anyone help with a nice dry warm work area / garage / shed in southwest London?
Indexing gears can anyone show me how to do it properly from scratch......
I know about Sheldon so I'm off to do some reading, but nothing beats being shown how!--
