It's still with my mate at the LBS.

Just going through the XTR vs Titanium Beaters thing... I'm leaning towards the more expensive Beaters... err ... :? :? :o

Personally I'm a big fan of the Eggbeaters, IMHO the easiest, fastest and most consistent clip-ins and clip-outs. Best mud/snow sheeding of the industry and much, much lighter than Shimano.
However the beaters are not as durable but they can be easily rebuild. The new '11 eggbeaters are much better. More durable and it's using needle bearings and water tight too. The same as my new Candy 11's
But I must admit Shimano does have a more solid and crisp engagement and I respect anyone who stands by their Shimano pedals. I guess it boils down to preference.

Still CB all the way for me. (the ONLY thing a really like from them)
My custom 5Ti. Waiting for these to break ( touch wood) before I will pick up a pair of eggbeaters 11's

Using these on my Jekyll. The Candy 11's

    Posted the bike pic.

    Ordered Shimano peds.

Bad news, my good mate at the LBS told me last night that Dale are not shipping before August :( Have you had an update on yours?

So if they ship in August, that'll be something like 6 months or less before they then show their '12 models? They should give a rebate on '11 models then for those who ordered ages ago.

Painfully still waiting on the Jekyll. I did receive it early March but they sent out the wrong size    Mid June is the earliest that I will receive it. For the mistake my LBS gave me an extra 3% discount on top of the 20% discount that I will get. I guess it helps just a wee tiny little bit. :D

    Hi Xgreygoose
Sorry you're having to wait even longer for your Jekyll! Sad times!

I've just bought my first lefty, a Scalpel 3. No way as bling as yours, but I'm loving it!! As we are similar height and weight, what do you run your rear shock at?

    Thanks for bike p0rn! :D

Cheers, yes indeed sad times :)

I like it of the hard side. I'm using a DT Swiss XR Carbon Air Shock on my Scalpel with around 115psi

Hi, its just a KMC X10SL Gold Chain. They also do it in 9 speed too.
If i remember I pick up mine from Flea Bay. You could buy it (I think) from CRC but a bit more expensive. It cost me US$45 plus free shipping. Pretty good :D

Ok, I see :) Yep picked mine up from Fairwheel bike at a discounted price
    Here
Heard good thing about it and a couple of mates in Oz are using them. They ride for Specialized and this chain was OEM for there bikes. That why the chain colour is black and red.

    Sad times, sad times.

My good mate who runs our LBS had quite a few orders for Jekylls, only for them to be cancelled due to delivery dates.

Dale need to shake themselves and look at their Marketing Plan under section, 'Product To Market'
