A couple from the last 6 days. It's been a great week for biking and nice to get back to the Basque Country.
There's a pile more here: Mountain Biking on the Basque Coast (i.e. Spain!)0 -
Stunning pics Doug, love that last one.0

Thanks! The light on the last one was perfect, I knew as soon as I came over the ridge that it would be a nice photo.0

Every photo makes me envy you so much. Your weather always seems to be perfect. To be honest, I should stop complaining and just get out and ride, we got plenty of places to ride in this country, I just hate the driving.0

Just to show that it's not always sunny! It's from Saturday, an epic ride in a nice location. If you want to see more pictures they're on flickr or my blog. Epic day mountain biking in spain

A couple of quick snaps I took on my day off yesterday in Swinley Forest. Camera phone pics, so excuse the quality.
It was a nice, cold day - needed an extra pair of gloves to keep the feeling in my thumbs! First time riding there, found some lovely singletrack, and will have to go back to discovery some more.

Taken about 06;15 on my way home from work.[img][/img]
[img][/img]
this was roughly 06;15 too but a sunny morning, looking from apedale towards newcastle under lyme,
[img][/img]
and the 'goose in bradwell woods.
[img][/img]
All taken from phone camera, and not as good as some in the thread but just a clue as to what's within riding distance from home/work.0 -
this was taken while riding one of my favourite trails,
east yorkshire wolds, with the humber estuary just visible, going across the photo just below the horizon.
and by the banks of the humber, with the bridge in the far background.

Couple of photos I took a month or so ago using my go pro, absolutely stunning scenery up here in north wales!
The location in those last two photos is just so serene, you can't see/hear any civilisation, it's literally silent. I love it up there.0 -

Don't know where you lived, but its far from "flat" round these parts, there's plenty of "up's and down's where i ride.0 -
This Saturday I was shooting some video with a friend on a local mountain. This is the title image.
You can see the video here if you want, or not if you don't :-)

Big days out this week. This loop takes in about 15km of ridgeline above 1000m. The snow had been packed up there and I spend most of the uphills pushing and then the downhills were sketchy but fun. It turned a 5hr ride into around 7hrs but very beautiful. I shot some video up in the snow and then took a couple of pictures lower down, this was one of them!0 -
