Wet, windy, rocky, mudslide, wild roller-coaster ride was the llanduvery CRC marathon today, enjoyed it tho, mrs did not, to technical for her did the 25k in 3:40min and as we was just about to go over the the finishline was passed by a lad who was first to finished the 100k :shock:
stuck a mic under his chin straight away he wasn't even out of breath and not a bead of sweat WTF. but looked like he had showered in melted dairy milk lol.

yeah me and northern monkey were there at 8.30. there was loads of branches and stuff on the trails from the high winds. if you had a free run around you can thank me and ben for clearing them for you 8)0 -

I was there about 5:30 ish! great ride, trails drying out nicely and very fast0 -

got there about 1:15, took about hour and a half to get around then sit in the sun getting a tan why my biked and me dryed out a bit before getting in the car :P
was busy today loads of bikers coming and going.
Also there was some armed cops driving around there when i got there. nice to see they are looking oafter our bikes :P0 -

I'm sat In a hotel room on the outskirts of Basildon in Essex and training in a small office on an industrial estate. 'The Office' doesn't do it justice but good news I've changed my schedule and I'm now free Monday morning.. Result.
