the fod enduro is september 20th i think, 2 laps = 20 miles :shock:

Its lush. But the bars feel a bit odd. And where the leavers are they are hurting my hands badly. So atm the bar is off and so are the leavers. So something to fix before the ride after. But not sure what to do. Maybe go back to useing my middle finger to brake.

the bars are probably just wider than your old ones and will take a while to get used to as for brakes, just play with position and angle, it takes a while to figure where you like them

Does anyone know any of the shops around here, that does demo bikes?

I wanna test ride a few before I go ahaead and shell out on another. I've seen a few manufacturers do demo days, but there doesnt seem to be many of those, especially around the south wales area.

EC cycles ins Nelson has something on their site to do with demo bikes IIRC!

Skyline at Afan (if you have a car), have a shed load listed on their site and a red graded demo trail to try them on.

Yeah really enjoyed that outing, a couple of really good descents and some nice singletrack too... The highlight though was the pilgrimage to the site of Sean's now infamous nighttime 'off' :shock:

Must have ridden thru some nasty stuff somewhere, judging by the rank smell in the car all the way home... :roll:

btw Prince was that you I was behind driving back down the A470, you turned off to Tonwynlais? Thought I recognised the bike on top with the GoPro on?!

Yes it was i, heading back to Cardiff to pick the mrs up before we head home to Porth, had the go pro mounted to the seat post in reverse, and was left on to cycle battery, just had a look on vids can see ya haha...

Think i went throguh my enduro phase last year n the year before haven't ridden one with a decent trail yet

Well may go riding tomorrow, then hoping to get another day aside to push up FOD on the weekend
