I met this guy - and he looked like he might have been a hat check clerk at an ice rink.
Which, in fact, he turned out to be.

Thanks to Mitch Ben, both my son and I have had The Bouncy Druids for the last week.

My daughter is suddenly "into" One Direction. I won't be cruel enough to link to ANY of their annoyingly catchy songs, but I need medication.0

Anyone else got "chariots of fire" as their ear worm after Friday night?

Mostly hearing the muffled basslines drifting over the river from Reading today. Expect we'll be out in the garden with a few beers for The Cure later. In between times I'm mostly listening to the Saint Saviour LP. One of my favourite releases this year.FCN 3 / 40

Strangely enough, I'm trying to figure out who's playing at the moment - can hear it quite well from my study, but not well enough to discern who it is...Misguided Idealist0 -
Took the youngest loon out for a push around the back of Mapledurham park earlier. Too much of a sound clash to work out who was who. Probably too early in the day for me to recognise any of the bands playing. Bit out of touch these days. Did see some punters in the centre of town who looked like they'd hard at it already. Doubt they'll make it to Monday...FCN 3 / 40

You probably walked right past my house then !
I've got to go shopping, and fear Waitrose will have been stripped bare by festival hordes.
There'll probably be plenty of vegetables left, but no burgers and no beer.Misguided Idealist0
