Winter has arrived so have just ordered one of these for £5.92 delivered using discount code "AUTUMN13" for another 10% off sale price and free P&P as well. Hope it fits my large head, just don't touch my furry ears :D

Loads of other stuff on sale as well.

They got some exactly like that in my local Asda this week.
    I got the tweed version

Sadly the code doesn't work anymore. However, I have an NUS card, so got 15% off

Ohhhhh, will be interested to see how you get on with those! I'm not normally a Mavic fan, but they do look very nice!

Bargain at £18 to go on the 456. The frame came with a square taper bb already fitted, so might aswell make use of it.

For the Bargaintastic sum of £89.99 including the BB!! :D Wanted black cranks for the Slackline and the HD needs a new BB anyway, so selling the rings and old cranks they'll cost me next to nothing, heck I may even make a profit!! Merlin have some great deals on atm, worth checking them out!

Also got some Slik crankskins to keep them looking tidy :)

That sale is annoyingly good. I'm so tempted by some carbon roadie pedals, I know I can't afford it, but then I keep thinking how cheaply I'm living at the moment, like £25 a week, if I can keep this up the rest of term I should still have enough money to buy the family and friends christmas presents...

I was tempted by the cranks myself! What did you do with the ones your LBS destroyed?

Wish I had just ordered a ZEE chainset for £60...I thought getting it at £90 was cheap. Merlins my favourite online shop, I've never ordered something that hasn't come the next day, and they so dam cheap!

They'll be my 1x specific set ;) As both bikes use the same cranks/bb I can just swap them over if need be. The ones I used on the CCC2CC were 170mm, so a little on the short side, the ones I just order are 175mm so now both sets are the same, minus a few granny ring tabs! Tbf I rode Coed Y Brenin yesterday and no problems on the single ring, felt really fresh afterwards, all that riding across Wales has seemingly done wonders for my fitness! :D

Just checked and the cranks have been dispatched already!!

Couldn't resist at the price, £47.65 inc free delivery using discount code "MONSTER" . Code is valid until 5th November.
Would have prefered the black ones but none available in my size.

Why did you have to post this you evil man  Ive been looking at getting another pair of FiveTens recently and at that price how can you resist. Just had to make the hard choice between the blue/white or black ones. Black won in the end :D

Cranks just showed up! :D No cheapy OE stuff either, came in a proper Shimano box and everything! I'm also very, very tempted with that FiveTen offer, even though I only use flats once in a blue moon these days at that price they're a steal!!

    Pair of XT brakes:

    prod67208_Black_NE_01?locale=en&id=vUFrh3&wid=606&hei=606&fmt=jpg

    For £113.66

I was gonna buy some £70 midrange Shimanos for my Kraken, but these were too good a deal to pass by, so the Kraken can have the Elixir 3s off my Boardman (which will get these beauties).

Oh, and one of these too:

Just picked up a brand new Rubber Queen 2.4" Protection from a guy round the corner for £24. Bloody bargain.

Hopefully it won't be too draggy riding around with broken forks and no gears.

Boring bit first, some E-13 chainring bolts to replace the one I lost on the CCC2CC, can keep the old ones as spares in case anymore go missing!

The rear shifter was feeling a little sloppy too, it's the original one I fitted to the Mojo, so it's had a good two and a half years use, but it's no where near as crisp as it used to be and it's annoying the hell outta me, so with a CRC voucher code I fancied a bit of bling

    shimano-xtr-m980-i-spec-direct-mount-10-speed-rapidfire-pod-shifter.jpg

I-spec mount for a cleaner look too :) Despite a small amount of fettling since the CCC2CC, the Mojo's still looking and feeling a little sorry for itself, I've got an uplift booked for Antur Stiniog next weekend, after that I should have the Stanton rebuilt so that'll be my bike for winter while this has a full fork/shock/bearing service and a good clean. I think my birthday presents will consist of monies to pay for all that, gonna cost me a fortune! :(

Yup - front and rear, believe it or not:

    viewtopic.php?f=10002&t=12946692

Voucher code plus (or rather minus) 2% Quidco cashback = £113.66 :D Half price, near as damnit. They have the new M615s discounted too (could've got those for £75, and they would've been good enough for me), but the deal on the XTs was just too good to stop me clicking on them.
