And you've not lived until you've had a soapy neckwank.

Someone hurry up and order something and break this cycle

One of these half price from Wiggle, same as my current roadie helmet only bigger. Have a lot more hair than I've had for a long time at the moment and while I can fit a cap under it, I can't fit anything warmer, so sizing up for the winter.

    Ive ordered:

-Another KMC chain, the one i originally bought was 6-7 links too short  so ive bought the same again
    -A sheet of carbon vinyl
-2 white GT decals for the down tube
-The GT decals i wanted dont come with headtube decals...i saw some white Lotus decals while looking, and i thought it make my bike more personal and slap a white Lotus decal on as the headtube decal ;) so ive ordered a sheet of those
-Black bar grips with white lockrings
    -White Wellgo B087U platform pedals.

And with that, my birthday money is now kaput, only took around 3 weeks. lol.

Cos I am too poor to replace the XTR one I broke.

Next on the list will be some Forumla brakes, but it will have to wait a couple of weeks...

Just ordered one of these, knackered one pump the other weekend and snapped the mount for the other a couple of days ago… figured I'd give CO2 a go

Also, had these arrive over the past couple of days

I'm fairly broke now, but in a few weeks it's revision so the fun & alcohol will be getting cut out completely and I'll recoup my losses.

    Bargain.

Not very interesting, but I ordered a pair of Goodridge PTFE coated stainless gear cable inners (in stealth black) yesterday, which are now on my bike. (The great thing about MTBs compared to motorbikes is that they're an awful lot easier to bring into the sitting room to work on when it's cold in the garage, lol...)

All I can see is the word 'image'. Is it a watch?

  • You must have a shed of watches now! They're all very nice looking I must admit, but I recon I could get a nice copy of it for a fiver from the market ;)

I know I've posted above mentioning I was fairly broke, I'm now almost completely broke, but with a lot of revision and virtually no alcohol for the next 7 weeks I'm sure I'll recoup my losses. Just ordered some new 52mm carbon roadie wheels from Planet X at the bargain price of £315. I know they're not the lightest, but they're a lot lighter than my current wheels and I've been after some new ones for a while, ever since I came out of the closet.

Bargain on those road wheels. Might have to look at getting some for the TT bike next year.

Meanwhile, in the land of mud and all things MTB...

    200mm DT Swiss XM Shock

Shimano M615 brake levers and calipers

Will hopefully all be here by the time I get back from China on the 11th Nov, so the Coiler will be ready for active duty shortly afterwards. :D
