I have no personal issue with you, no offence intended.

Then why write the initial post, which served only to single me out?

I don't like to be singled out. Yes I made those threads. There have been many others of that nature that I haven't made. So why single me and only me out.

    I'm not actually arguing.

In truth I had a liquid lunch this seems to be the best way to expend my er... energies...

I'm sure when I re-read these posts later I'm going to think

"Sh*t that was harsh, how much DID you have to drink."

    Wow DDD you are touchy.

I think it's fair to say that a higher percentage of your threads than anyone elses are about non cycling related things and this is a cyling discussion message board. FWIW I dont read any of them anymore.

I doubt there are that many people who read the board who actually meet up, aside from the morpeth/london people. Meeting is all fine, no issue there it just seems weird to me to have non cycling discussions on a public cycling message board, it's just all a bit "look at me, I'm hilarious".

Just an opinion, I've removed the comment about offence from my earlier post.

Why have you deleted your rant about me? dont worry I can take it! :)

I don't disagree, my threads whether about cycling or anything else are self serving and are about things I want to discuss.

You don't read them so what's the issue?
I doubt there are that many people who read the board who actually meet up, aside from the morpeth/london people.

There are the yokels, but again its not my issue whether people do meet up or not. The board is there for everyones enjoyment and people take from it what they will.
Meeting is all fine, no issue there it just seems weird to me to have non cycling discussions on a public cycling message board, it's just all a bit "look at me, I'm hilarious".

Because people have gotten to know each other beyond cycling. From cycling relationships have formed friendships forged. Make of that what you will, but don't try to paint it as a bad thing just because you don't 'get it'.

Why have you deleted your rant about me? dont worry I can take it! :)

Because I read it back and while justified, I felt it was a tad harsh.

I can't if I put anymore physical energy (The Power Awesome) into cycling this might happen:

It's my burden. I have to always hold back.

OK, I'm pulling rank on this, I'm from Cornwall. It's further west therefore I know better.

    You're in Luxembourg.

    I'm further west.

SO I KNOW BETTER! FACT! :P

    BZZZZZZT.

    I'm in Essex.

    Ha.

    What's more, I said I'm from Cornwall.

    "In Essex".

    I'm in London.

    Double HA! Still further west.

"From" doesn't count. Nor does "been to", "thinking of going to", or "once had a post card from".
