Although I would like to ride with you guys tomorrow, I will be attending Blackpool Pleasure Beach to have some fun with a friend instead!0

Have you had your vaccinations Phoebian?..it's nasty in Blackpool lol

Don't kiss the women, or the men, they bite and all have rabies through drinking the dodgy pints lol

Ladybower the Return,
Sorry guys for not making it, but I woke up with a stonker of a cold andwhilst I took the bike with me to Manchester I just did not have the energy in my legs to do a Peak ride, or anything else for that matter.
So I went straight home and crawled into bed, maybe next time.0 -

What was the weather like today guys?
Look awful from the view I had!0 -
Phoebian,
EVERYTHING looks awful from where you were lol
Caz xx0 -
it started of with a mist type rain, which contiued until a couple of hours later when the wind kicked in and the rain got harder. every now and again we would get out of the wind and the rian would stop and it was just overcast, until we got back to the cars and the sun came outwhat are brakes for again0

Was a grey day at Blackpool, but luckily it didn't rain0

So.........................................................................
Where are we going in August?
I was also giving some thought as to how we keep this going over the winter and wondered how many people have the necessary illumination for night rides.....? Not that I want to be getting somewhere and start riding after dark you understand, I thought we could start a bit later and considering it's dark by half 3, we could have the last hour by candlelight....

I agree entirely, August seems to have been forgotten, i'll get my thinking cap on but for a first suggestion how about Penmachno, a trail centre which manages the delicate balance of not appearing as a pre constructed trail and just feels so natural it has a huge grin factor, you can even make a weekend of it and do Coed Y Brynan (sure i've spelt that wrong but you know where i mean) as well as, for lights i've got some so no problem there either0 -
theres already a dicussion on where were going in august on the facebook discussion page
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=3 ... #topic_top
i think its already been decided that its Coed y Brenin there only the date left to be sortedwhat are brakes for again0 -
Hi all
With Regards C.Y.B 7th August is good for me my long weekend off.0 -
I'm already down at Coed Y Brenin the weekend of the 13.th 14th August so if theres another date in mind, I'll not be able to attend......I'll just scope the trails out the following weekend and return any lost body parts to you all if you go the weekend before I'm down there lol
