Another great day with the Slow Rides group helped in no small part by the excellent weather. Thanks to Roo for leading a fine route although I get the feeling that we barely scratched the surface of the riding available at Cannock.

Looking forward to seeing pics and vids, and hope to see you all on the next one.

Get well soon Rotti, hope you're OK.

    Roo, check your private messages.

Great day. Thanks Roo. Feeling the pain a bit now!!

Great bunch of riders, lot of fun.
Hope Rottie is feeling better soon. What about Superman, he came down quite hard too.

Would love to visit Cannock again, as there are so many trails to slide down.

Thanks again Roo for a brilliant day.

anybody who wants to come ride at cannock tell me and ill give you a tour. let me know what you want to see natural trails, follow the dog, or the monkey, or even any mixture, though to do all three is extremely tiring

    Hi Roo

Love to do some more of the natutal trails and finish the monkey as i missed out on the last few sections but got to recover from yesterday, bike computer said 38.2km's so just short of 24 miles  By far the longest bike ride yet for me .

Ok just mastered the art of You Tube and the Apples version of Movie Maker, so three vids so far:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcFX_kMDiu4

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQwQucU8qPQ

I, perhaps, should have cut them down to shorter chunks and removed the audio, I sound like a sex offender in a porn shop. I'll stick some toffee on the mic next time. :)

I know of at least 5 that came off some more than once, I for one came a cropper on the north shore near the first cafe (thanks for the warning Paul but just a bit too late :) ) but all in all a bloody good day out thanks again to all who arranged this outing.
