  • CRC private sale: anybody else get irritated by headline offers that only apply to one size? Assos Early Winter gloves for instance: £44 for the last remaining pair of black XS but £66 for the last remaining pairs of very other glove including white XS

Anyone offer up an opinion/experience of the Campagnolo Steam gloves in the CRC sale? Wondering how Italian the sizing is, so a measurement around the knuckles and a fitting size would be much appreciated - TIA!

I went for the large, I measure just under 90mm across the knuckles and they are well snug. Possibly too snug.

Have you tried the PX gloves? I am an M/L in those and they are a good fit, but a touch loose. Went for the L in the campag gloves and they are a good, snug fit. Make of that what you will. Cyclesurgery stock them if you want to try (I think the city office actually carries stock, but you can order them in for free).

I have tried the M's and only very slight hands/ladies will fit into those.

Found the same especially on the fingers but the cuff is long enough for my jacket sleeves to go over/under them.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
  • Assos outlet - everything that is red (red socks, red jackets etc) is an extra 15% off - in case you're into red gear.

  • Giro shoes at SportPursuit. Including last month's edition of Cycling Plus's 5 star reviewed, 'Best on Test', Trans. All are pretty much half price. Sizes are limited, and for that reason they're sadly no good for me, but seems like an absolute bargain for someone.

For those who like their IceBreaker baselayers, but find Sportspursuit low on stock at the moment; Rutland Cycling doing 40% off at the moment, and have a good range of sizes.

The heel fell off on my pair within about a month of buying them.

    Good shoes otherwise, though.

After buying some Campagnolo glider gloves last week for £16 (very good by the way) I now seem unabke to log in to the CRC private sale?

Anyone else locked out? Just returns to the login page when I enter my email + password, I know it is right because I can log in to main site.

    Odd.

Anyone need a 10 quid CRC voucher? I'd say it probably expires in about a week. PM me. Extra special bonus consideration given to those that can spell.

Edit: It's only valid if you spend more than 75 quid, though.
