  • Mine had the Selle holgram underneath and they come from a UK seller with 1300+ feedback selling all kinds of cycling kit.

I also asked myself if anyone knocking out moody saddles would bother making two separate verions one with TEST badge on and one without.

I'm have no concern that mine is legit.

As for some of the Taiwan / China sellers on eBay....

The Thoork team editions seem to be available at a few other places at very low prices compared to retail. Possibly they are clearance.

Looks OK to me anyway. I'd say my Arione looks a better finished item but then it weighs a lot more! If I was going to fake a saddle, I don't think I'd go for a Selle Thoork. And I wouldn't put 'Test Saddle' on half of them either

  • Yes, I accept that it appears this is a genuine bargain, according to google selling results cheapest online store is planet x @ £75, with most sellers over £100 for this saddle. I often find eBay is more expensive than many online stores, but it's not the case this time. I was watching a Charge Spoon recently, it sold for £28, you can buy them online for £22.50 :?
  • I need a new saddle and I have taken a punt one one. Feedback on here makes sense and the rational behind why it is cheap adds up so I thought it was a considered risk. I'm excited about it coming now!

  • Schwalbe Blizzard Sport tyres 700C X 23 wire bead in black, red, blue or yellow @ £6.49 each.

it appears to be £3 p&p per total order unless the order is over £50 then free postage.

Seems pretty cheap for decent enough tyres.

Mine arrived today. Its chuffing light! Hopefully that means its well made carbon and not made from thin plastic which will break when I'm 10 miles from home on some country road in the middle of no-where...

I'm just about to replace a pair of these that came with my new bike. After 200 miles of riding they had two punctures. Small bits of glass just went straight through :(

I've got one of the older ones as a spare as I couldn't find one in the red colourscheme to match the one on the bike that I wore through when some dozy bird hit the brakes at 20+ on a green light. I paid £20 for the pair off an ebay seller.

If you are looking for winter/waterproof bargains that are not necessarily cycle specific, these guys are having a sale...

    http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/massive-warehouse-clearance

probably some useful stuff for pootlers, or short commutes, or those who like their gear to be versatile.

They only have a small cycling range, but there's bound to be other bargains.....

    Little bit pikey but nevertheless:

    http://shop.ebay.co.uk/i.html?_nkw=endu ... m270.l1313

Endura Baa Baa LS tops for £20...slight possible smoke smell/mark due to fire at nearby warehouse. Says should be fine after wash and they accept returns so no real downside I reckon. Not gotten involved yet but might when back from holiday (Turkey for two weeks woohoo!!)

Does anyone know how the base layer sizing compares with the Endura Cairn jersey.

I got the New York Messenger bag, which looks great but unfortunately has a massive padded laptop pocket in it which is a bit of a waste of space for me and makes it all a bit rigid for using as a commute bag. I've ordered the expandable messenger instead now which I'm hoping will be better. The actual quality seems very good for the price though.

What have other people been ordering to take the price over £10 for free delivery by the way? Cheapest thing I could find was a wallet thing for my mobile phone for £1.80. Still, saved me 20p and might be quite useful when I chuck the phone in my bag.

At my local TK Maxxxxx they had a pair of full length Gonso bib shorts for £14. Almost got them but I don't really need 'em.

The stock varies between each shop with TK Maxx as does the sizes available. You can see a t-shirt you paid £45 for last year in TK Maxx but in far too small/large for you honed body.

Two Michelin Pro Race 3 tyres and free michelin arm warmers for £34.87.
