Just be aware that these are not the original craft siberian glove. They do not use the two layer system which made the originals so warm and brilliant. Instead they are a standard glove with split fingers, and would be uncomfortable/ difficult to wear with a liner glove.
Still a good price though.0 -

£220 for the lightweight (which is apparently most similar to shake dry jackets from other brands) and £320 for the insulated :shock:0 -

Is Gore producing their own version cheaper a surprise? The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

The Gore version isn't really cheaper. The C7 Shake Dry Stretch is the current top Gore jacket and is generally £280. The standard C7 SD I've just bought is the previous version, hence its cheaper.Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX

Nice spot - just ordered 3 blue ones for reservation. One for my mountain bike, one for my 6 year olds bike, and one as a present for my bro's gf.
I wonder if I will actually get any - Wednesday pm allegdly.

Kind of a bargain - the rapha shakedry is out and the price is............
£220
I'd have thought north of £300 for rapha - but you have to be a RCC member to order them at the moment.0 -

And it looks like the insulated version is £320 - so exactly the same price iirc as the Gore items.
If a Chartreuse one is created of the former, I may have to acquire one.Felt F70 05 (Turbo)

No indeed, but I have seen at least one interview with them which says they are working on it.
I have the Hi Vis version, and that uses some small 'Active' panels to add in the yellow.
I imagine the white band on the Rapha offering is also that 'Active' material.Felt F70 05 (Turbo)

What is so good about the gore shakedry stuff (apart from epic foldability)?
I'm a super heavy sweater and generally find waterproof stuff makes me perspire loads.0 -

That's what they're good at - unless I'm well overdressed underneath it and riding super hard, I'm completely fine with it zipped. No point in the best waterproofing if you're soaked in sweat - shakedry solves that for me.0 -
Gabba ticks all the boxes for me, yeah it not waterproof fully but it keeps the wind off and once wet stays body warmRule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.0 -
Couldn't get on with my gabba. Shakedry works for me. On when it rains and off when dry. Folds away to a pocket. Can't do that with a gabba.0

Picked these up yesterday thanks very much jeddy11.
Size medium if anyone is interested, and quality looks excellent for just over a fiver each - nice bright blue almost denim colour, which I know my daughter will love.

Lovely Progetto X2 pad.
In stock in mostly the smaller sizes, and most people feel they size up small.
