Here's one for Rick: the new Fly6 CE & Fly12 CE cameras are 20% off at Athlos Triathlon, along with a bunch of other stuff.
They seem to be RRP or 5% off everywhere else. Free delivery for orders over £25.

If I were London based, I'd join that - as I ride those tyres, and they seem pretty good.Intent on Cycling Commuting on a budget, but keep on breaking/crashing/finding nice stuff to buy.

I have gone for the Pearl Izumi ones for the price. Reviews say the fit isn't fantastic, but I think at 6ft, the large won't be too tight so should allow some movement, and the Rapha ones are cack at flexibility anyway so anything is a plus on that.
I have ordered one today ... but not really sure about the lack of a pad ..
So they just arrived and immediately they feel WAY more flexible than my Rapha Classic Deep Winter Tights.
The DWR front feels really nice and thick on the front with a fleecy lining with really soft panels behind the knees to stop it cutting in when legs are bent.
There is a little flap to aid access for comfort breaks, although given you have to wear padded bibs underneath, I am not sure how useful it will be, but it's a nice to have.
Also there's quite a clever 6in cuff at the angle which would go over your shoe covers to provide extra protection from water getting in the tops. Seems very well thought out.
Size wise, I went for a L and at 6ft it's spot on, probably room for another inch or so in the leg if needed.
Just poured a cup of water on my leg and it all ran straight off but I appreciate that's hardly measure of proper proofing in a severe downpour.
So far seems like a great purchase.0 -

Tha ankle cuff is really useful and does work really well. No water getting in the tops of overshoes.0 -

Very long shot but any couple of London based people want a single piece of clothes/shoes/glasses etc from Evans for £180 or more?
They've got 3 for 2 on and I fancy (but don't need) some shoes for that much and a third off would tip me into getting them.0 -

I was wondering whether this would all stack with discounts/price match etc. No idea though as my price match emails have been rejected as you can't stick the whole URL in as too long and if you put a general page in (i.e. Wiggle.co.uk/giro_synthe) for example it says that you haven't linked to the specific product. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

You probably don't need to. If you've found the item on Google and clicked through to Wiggle there will be loads of tracking garbage on the end of the URL. Just hack that off.0 -

Did just that, you need a link to the exact product to get it to work. crc do this but Evans reject it as it exceeds 240 characters. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

This looks a fantastic deal. The frameset alone would be a decent buy at 900 quid, but a complete bike with Tiagra seems a steal.0 -

Seems Evans are getting the PlanetX affliction of putting prices up before announcing discounts. The £180 shoes I was after are now £200 but in the 3 for 2 "offer". Bandits.0 -

Yeah they've been 179.99 for a while, as I'm been thinking about buying them since I saw that price... when I read your post I checked them out again... pretty poor0 -

Looks like they only have 2 sizes left now.
If it were me, and I wanted them, I'd use a Credit card, go through a cashback site, and or use a loyalty scheme at work if possible - pop 3 pairs in the basket for £399, save my extra 8% or what have you (If you have cashback through work?), bag them for £123 each, and then flog the other ones on here for the same price, or on ebay for a bit more - chances are, I would have thought, that worst case you are still going to get them for a lot less than the £200\£180 headline price.
I see what you mean though, gorgeous pair of shoes.
