@Atz - Expected Swinley to be the same but it was fine
    @Will77 - Yep, no problem.
  • Well , how annoying was that ?

Swinley without incident yesterday , today I couldn't manage 20 yards !

Turns out the middle spockets are all seriously warn out , they've lasted 5 months , can anybody beat that ?

As look would have it I have an old Trek in the shed with a newish chain set I can swap over.

Hope you all had a good day .

Will77 thanks for the help with my chain - sorry about the oily hands !

Buckaroo respect for your carbon copy of my tumble ! 8)

    1) you can never have too much cake
2( you must never justify your consumption of cake

Can probably do Sat with my new ride if Cooldad manages to get it into the shop, although it will probably be very much a shakedown run.

Hey Phil, checked your site... only 5 pics in the Sport Gallery?... Need to remedy that!

Recommend maybe go along to any of this threads outings, there's always something going on, get a ride out and get an idea for the people and places. I'm up for gettin in on the action but thats purely because I'm a vain photo-slut and has no bearing on any likely photogenicallity... 8) ... the bike's friggin gorgeous tho (but then I would say that).

And if you are lucky you'll get one of his patented endos, if Will comes, they do synchronised crashes.

Sat/Sun, either good for me. Weekdays bad. Working :(. Unless you want to do night shoots ;)

Don't think I'd be any good for style in front of the camera though, but can assist with kit and interested in bringing along my SLR also. Though I'm sure I can achieve some quality dismounts ;)

Just need to be clear if it's a photo shoot day as not much riding occurs on these days :D.

Oh, and maybe join us on an Afan trip. So far it's been fantastic weather every time I've been and got some excellent photos (of people standing around at least :D).

photos Hmm i m sure BKB or surrey hills, the little DH tracks in swinley with all the jumps in the trees .could be good for that.

Afan would be good skyline descent.... :D or any othe of the whites trails with all the singletrack.

Theres also the Fab motocross/bog trail we found with popstar...

Dk Sorry to be a bore but I am the GPS police. fine to share on PM or direct but not on an open forum.
Most of the stuff we ride is classed as Foot path therefore it sits in the illegal with no right of way side of riding. problem with open forum maps is that anyone can see them.
Some of the local land owners seriously dislike us and this can potentially lead them to the trails and then shut them down.

Sorry to seem a d$ck about it but think its something to bear in mind .

    Cheers Rich
