Looks like we might manage a few hours tomorrow afternoon, probably just shoot up to Swinley to see how the trail building is going. Maybe around 2.
I will be around on Sunday, but it looks nasty.I don't do smileys.

It's a Shell Used to be Total I think.
Odiham Road, Farnham/Fleet/Aldershot way.
http://goo.gl/maps/cJITk
Could be up for that, but then again the weather! There's a chance it might end up being snow though.
Anyway, tomorrow... 10.30ish Peaslake, Walking Bottom car park. Me and Supra (is he on the forums any more? ), and don't know who else.0 -
Nope Supraman doesn't seem to post here any more, just on FB - those gnarly DH Alpine types have become too cool for our lowly little forum.
Or in the case of Popstar, too tubby.
Give him my love.I don't do smileys.

Might try and arrange a Minley or Caesars ride. If I still have any brakes left after the last one.I don't do smileys.

Hi all,
I'm a relative newcomer to biking. Been around Swinley a few times and spent a few mornings getting lost around Tunnel hill. Is there anybody heading out this Saturday who wouldn't mind me tagging along.
Cheers
Tom0 -

Hello Ladies and Gents of London,
I am a member of the King's College University Bike Club which has a pronounced shortage of Mountain Bikers/ Trail Riders. (90 members and only 2 people have MTBs!?!?). It would be great to meet up with other MTB riders in the London area.
The "other biker" and I will be riding Epsom Downs on 02MAR: an early meet-up (around 0900?) at Dorking Station, about 30km (+/- 5km) of trails, and then finish up by meeting a few of the road bikers at the top of Box Hill for a bring-your-own pack lunch picnic. If this sounds like the kind of thing anyone is interested in, let me know. No worries about crazy skill levels; if you're reasonably fit and know where both brakes are, you'll fit in fine.
Also, I'm happy to check this forum to try to get in with other groups' rides. Cheers!
Philip

LOOOL. The good thing about my mum is that she said: "if you get an A in your maths exam ill get you whatever you want" ahaha I might have a look at 2nd hand DMR frames if i do well enough, i quite like those. Or just a few upgrades for my GT.0
-
Anything you want? Second hand DMR? You need to consider your aspirations.
Think ahead. Get an Audi R8, or a McLaren MP4-12c or whatever takes your fancy ;-)0 -
Hahaha i tried thinking ahead and asked for a Corvette as my first car for my bday. "In your dreams!"
i dont think she will get me anything worth more than £200 so a 2nd DMR frame seems about right0 -
Get a new Dartmoor Hornet - £189A Flock of Birds
