If we are doing Leith suggest we meet either Coldharbour or Dorking and ride in, except parking there is normally a nightmare.

Or YHA Holmbury Saint Mary, much easier for parking

How is Leith parking a nightmare? You can park in one of three or four places at a push. Best place is the carpark near high ashes, never once failed to park there.

Coldharbour is a big problem tho now as they've closed that little carpark as apparently it's private land.

I actually meant Dorking where we normally meet Richard. Always packed unless you pretend to go to church.
Leith I agree is no problem.
Thel33ters spot is fine as well, just quite a way to ride if the children want to play on their new trails.

I'll probably come out once you decide on when and where to meet, there are a few car parks up from the usual car park near peaslake that are near some really nice trails

Holmbury St Mary requires climb to Leith, but can do sneaky route back down which is nice.

Don't mind where though. High Ashes is bigger car park near Leith (watch out those with roof racks though).

I may pop along for 10am wherever the starting point is... Spring has sprung, looking forward to dry runs and bacon butties.

Route: -YougPots, -RootyBits Offcamber, Sprint/Climb to Leith hill. Smoke/Water break at Tower. -AmuseBouche, -DH, climb, -Deliverance, -WaggleDance, -SummerLighting, climb, -Desert? and finally Deadkenny's special all the way back to Holmbury.

Choose yourself a carpark whichever you preffer, most probably I will park on top of Holmbury near YogPots/Resevour Dogs carpark to save my fragile legs.

    That's the plan for Sunday.

If I'm really lucky I may manage to get out this evening. Hour or two in before it gets dark.

No luck it seems. Still in the office, and now looks like I'm working Saturday (at least I get paid though). My foot is down on Sunday though, firmly on bike pedals.

If anyone else is interested me and supra are going to swinley tomorrow afternoon for around 2:30, probably be playing on labyrinth and hitting the gulley.

I'll be out sunday too if I find the right car park

I tghink the one popstar is talking about is up Radnor rd from Peaslake, up past the start of Barry's, and off to the left (carpark with the steep entrance) where we would turn in to get to the top of Holmbury.

Ok I think I know the one you mean. I presume we're meeting at the viewpoint up near the start of yogpots?

I might park further down so I can do a final run down barry after it's all over and maybe grab a pint in the peaslake pub too.

That means finishing at the top of the hill. Final run down Barrys & pint sounds good.

Right, can I get out tonight? hah! We'll see. Tomorrow all depends if I'm dragged into work but even then I'll hope to not be working all day and have some of the afternoon out.

That's what thel33ter wants to do (well minus the pint) so how about meeting at the bottom around 10, or the top at the viewsite around 10.30, gives everyone a chance to do what they want, and popstar to be lazy.

Yeah, but I'm not climbing back up Radnor Road after last ride BKB + pint :D

Anyway, think we all just aim to meet at the viewpoint wherever we park or ride from. And may bump into each other on the way.

Tonight, maybe, possibly, will be at Swinley @ 6pm. But no guarantees at all.

Tomorrow, could make it in the afternoon somewhere.

By the time you climb up to Holmbury view point, think I will be ready there.

Probably over there at some point in the afternoon and probably bump into you, if I don't see you at 2.30 (are you meeting at the car park?).

I'm up for riding tomorrow. Going to head out a bit earlier (9 o clock) and do a bit of Pitch before heading up to Holmbury if anyone fancies it.
