His Lordship seems to have a resonably high cadence again today. He's not riding that horrific paint job bike so is he on his TT rig?

He has another road bike in plain black and white Livestrong colours that he's riding.

Two 6 foot blonde Russian clones playing tennis on Eurosport. What a surprise.

There must be some kind of factory on the outskirts of Vladivostok pumping out identikit tennis players at the rate of one per week or something. Scary thought.

You wouldn't have the address on their online shop, BTW?

I'm interested in the aforementioned factory too, does it do tours ?

Just to let you know I've taken on the UK and Ireland agency and am expecting the new season stock to arrive shortly. Look out for the ads appearing in the Personal section of Loot......

Have you been paying attention to how he's riding this year?

Yes every single race. Just asking whether there was a particularly interesting reason. Well done for not answering a straight forward question easily.

Lance is motoring up those climbs. If he's got the endurance to keep that pace up he'll be in with a shout. Long way to go still...

"It has been our plan all along that I would be taking it day by day in the Giro," said the Swiss rider. "I'm very happy with the part of it that I have raced and the atmosphere here at the Giro is always really

So basically, he's riding like a sack of spanners

It's only an hour and a half. I think they can manage to go without eating.

LOL some of you guys are hilarious. You know how often these guys eat during a stage and I am not talking sandwiches here, gels etc count. In any case it is perfectly normal to think they would want to take something on with 100mins of riding, especially when they are riding at very high heart rates and so carbs as a % of energy are increased.

Not from cars but they can take from the roadside at designated feed points.

What's with the John Tesh style tunes on the Rai TV generics?

But how many of Eddy's 525 were against factory workers and coal miners in village fete crits? You counted everything in those days.

Only mentionned it as it came up on the live feed (well LA's victories). Don't want to start a debate on who is the greatest as that can be done elsewhere!

It looks like Sastre has opted for the deepest back wheel I have seen - anyone see what back wheels Millar or Wiggins had?
