    Sorry guys, I'm a last minute casualty. I've had my stripped crank pedal thread tig welded solid and then faced and re-drilled it, just needs tapping. I dropped it off at the bike shop for tapping this morning but the hadn't done it by lunchtime (grrr) which means that after work I need to collect it and rebuild the bike.

    No way I'm going to do that in time to get to Bristol for 6.

    That was the week after our last pi$$ up so they should be complete. Justy looked at the pubs webby portal and there is an Old English Supper night on tonight so we might not be able to grab a table tonight.

    I'm ducking out of Brizzle socials for the foreseeable. Last time out I had my arse handed to me on a plate and I'm only getting slower as I don't have much time to be out on the bike. Watching Redvee & Co disappearing into the distance for 15 miles each way not much fun!

    Only next Tue is an issue for me, normally I would say it is the ideal evening.

    I certainly am.....but I'm in Brizzle on the Saturday morning for the Bespoke bicycle show - 'twould be a bit of a yoyo....
