Time on Sunday is not a problem for me, let me know what's best for you, just got to keep an eye on that weather, I think this so called summer should be renamed to the rain season.

If they have to go back, im getting a second hand pair of Fox 36's. Just about had enough of these Marz' 55's... Not very reliable!

well stop riding it on road then

suprizingly the roads around brid, with being dead and empty are quiet good for biking. Just a shame im on 2.35 tyres and on a full sus. Not exactly fast!

although with my heavy full suspensive bike, im not always so young like at going up big hills! I do make up for that coming back down them though :D

Been riding with Giggsmaster and his brother a few times, always very good routes and a good laugh. Although I have been out on the moors alot with other riding friends, as well as a few DH courses, etc etc. However, i always still seem to come off at least once a ride!

Super! I'm really looking forward to riding with you lot, I must say i'm not fantastic as i've only recently got back into it in this past year, and not been out as much as I like for one reason or another! But i'll give it my best shot and hopefully pick up some skills and advice off you more experience folk! I've got a hardtail, womens GT avalanche 1.0, its a bit heavy compared to my old GT. Could do to change a few things on it but its proving to be good enough for me now until I improve.

I've just done bits at dalby, sticking to the red route, not quite brave enough (or equipped!) to do the black! Been up to the dales and bit around leeds (Thorner/Bramham area) so mostly XC rather than DH!

Oh i'm very good at falling off or at least doing something silly to result in a big bruise or cuts! You'd think i'd have good balance being a horse rider too, but there is a difference between two wheels and four legs! Ha ha!

Join the club, we all seem to fall off at some point. I know myself and Altern are not the greatest technically. I think it comes with age, the older you get the less crazy you seem to be.....

Not the fastest either, then again neither is Matt but he makes up for it on the DH's.

I wouldn't worry about being super fast or anything, we never mind waiting or anything. I've always got to stop to take photos anyways :D. Its all about getting out and having fun!

I'm quiet often at Dalby forest, to be fair some of the red is not that much off being the black. The last time i did the full red route was with a uni friend and we spent most of the 23 miles biking in the pouring rain! lol. I always seem to find either a log or a tree stump to come off over whenever I bike at Dalby! lol.

My best mate has a GT Avalanche, they are nice bikes! He doesn't seem to get out on his alot though... His loss!

Only been to Stainburn wood near Otley near Leeds, not got round to riding around the dales or anything yet. Seem to either ride on the Moors or in the Peak District. Plenty of time yet though!

Think its more due to the massive travel on my bike rather then my Technical skills to be fair! :P

Yes, we rode down the last pic, pretty steep with a pretty dodgy entery line, however with my back tyre nearly being slick, i came off! lol. Just caught the back wheel on the damp grass and that was it! :P

Sorry the ride didn't go ahead yesterday, but my god it rained.

I spoke with Si, but I'm sorry I didn't call you Paul as I'd written your number down wrong so I couldn't call or text you.

I asked Si to contact you via the site.

    See you next time
