Nah got a total piece of sh1t for a phone (upgrade due Oct - am counting the days!).
Trying to decide whether to play safe and just go to Cannock but may be there Sunday and was there yesterday so that's a bit of an overload...or go over to the Duke and use the old grey matter and try to navigate myself in the forest. I've been there enough times recently but as I am always following other people I pay absolutely no attention to where I am going!

Main fire road in the middle, get on that and as long as you know which way to go your back at the car, yes you'll get lost but it's the only way to learn.
Worst case roads surrounding the entire forest just exit get on that and roadie it out.
I'm in Kiddy to 1pm area I think, so I'll PM my number to you incase you need a rescue / directions but I'm next to a tree won't help!!
I'm going to go do a Canal to Stourport, River to Arley then either into the forest or back on the other side of the river depending on how I feel, all on a rigid 36 or 27miles burn some calories!! 0 -

Miss G, could do if your desperate, ribs getting there, can't Wednesday, riding with another group Thursday.
Should be riding the Monkey on Sunday with the Thursday group if anyones interested, leisure ride, but if anyone wants to race Mervin he's up for it, he's a freak, fastest rider I've seen and he's 60 and barely rides. ( so he says, likely trains every day )
Should be out tomorrow aswell, IF new frame is all here and working for the rigid.0 -

The top one by ludlow! Turn up whitcliffe road, stay on that road for just over a mile and as you go over the highest point there is a car park down to the left. Park there, i normally park in the first bit nearest the road!0 -
