Kinmofo, Peaks are much much closer to you loads of hills and jumps there, 30miles rather than 110 area, look up Lee Quarry to kick ass stuff there there is loads of good stuff just north of Manchester to, Rydale is it.

hey, i know lee quarry quite well. go there lots. lookin for some variety in my riding diet though. if there's any rides up in the peaks and i can get there i will do. but i really don't mind a fair old drive for some decent biking. just need to get out n meet peoples! and ride of course

KinMofo, really good stuff I normally get there monthly but slacking this year.

I ride with a girl in Manchester called Jen if you pm your e-mail address I'll forward it to her, she rides in several groups with loads of girlies :)

You can get to the Trail centre at Wrexham aswell fairly easily from there.

Mortimer / Bringewood Ride - Sun 25th September

Time: Start at 10:30 There (High Vinnalls car Park)
or meet at Duke William at 9:45 to follow us over.

Ride: 15 - 20 Miles on fun, technical, steep and fast singletrack and some fast open trails. Great for newbies looking to push themselves and experienced trail riders looking to push their limits.

Pace: Will be a steady pace so dont worry if your not super fit. (Will do a extra bit over bringewood (steep and loose - down and up) for those who want to do something extra)

If its wet it does get a bit slidy - Just a warning!

    Hope to see people there.

    Hi
Anyone want to show me and a friend around the trails on saturday 22nd? We're used to trail centres and heard that the wyre has a lot to offer. We're going to try the blue as the blue at the forest of dean is loads of fun then see what we can find, anyone with some knowledge of the local trails would be appreciated. Leaving birmingham around 8am so I'd guess be at the wyre for 9am.

Emaroid - I could probably do Saturday morning around 10ish, I normally start very early but I have a couple of errands to do first thing in the morning. I know all the trails in the Wyre.
