Sadly not, my April ride was curtailed by my two fellow riders wanting to cut short and my keys/wallet being at one of their places so I had to go back with them, I also run and had races later in the month so no cycling. Nevermind, it means someone will now be riding their November / December rides on their own - you know who you are.

Today and tomorrow look quite promising, and I hear there is a 100km ride from Donnington up to the Peak district next weekend if you're still short of a ride. :D

May was very hard for me, exam revision had to come first. Finally got out for a decent ride today, and after having a month virtually off the bike, it hurt...

Riding to Edinburgh and back next month though, so that's at least an extra 1000km I'll be adding.

Couple of nice big rides in there last month, particularly liked Cappilinconnemara and his Tour of Ireland, and Heaney’s 6 pointer Chepstow-Menai Bridge-Chepstow (BCM Audax). Stubbo, Toontra and Mad one are leading on points. No word from Lloyd bower recently. Enjoy these long June days. I'm hoping to get a June ride in overnight on the solstice weekend, sunset-sunrise.

Thanks for the admin Velo. Just some advance warning - unless I have a mishap I'll be posting some big numbers in June & July with some endurance rides coming up, the main one being Auxax UK's London-Edinburgh-London which will be 14 points worth (1400k).

Good luck with the L-E-L, thats far beyond anything I could manage, 200km being my furthest so far. I am in awe of those Audax riders that spend a weekend doing 600km, lets hope the weather is kind to you all.

Just like to add my thanks also Velo, like toontra i'm clocking up the numbers in preparation for the LEL...... in fact like yourself until Jan this year the furthest i'd ridden was 200k, so why i'm doing the LEL i'll never know! Must be hitting 40 soon!

Thanks for the gentle reminder Velo. I've just updated my rides from late April, May.

Going through the winter month's on the other side of the world, not that it ever it gets particularly cold here (outside anyway!), just regular wet downpours particularly on the w/ends :)

Been off the bike these last few days having got knocked off by a car commuting from home from work :x , thankfully my foot which took the brunt of the hit apart from the bike is beginning to heal now.

Mate, as sorry as I am to hear about a fellow cyclist beiing hit, hope your recovery's coming along nicely, it really is hard to feel more then only a small amount sympathetic.

Weather heres been crazy, mid 20's and balmy one minute, windy wet and low teens the next.

Yes, Velo, thanks for the updates and the comments. I, too, am doing, I'll amend that, attempting LEL. Nice to see others on here trying it too.
Did the Bryan Chapman to see how the sleep deprivation went.....not too bad really. 2 hrs sleep over the 40 hrs 10 mins it took to do it.
Don't know about you other LELers but I'm going to try to complete 220 miles and then sleep whatever is left of the 24 hr period and carry on like that. Have you any thoughts on schedules?
Sorry, maybe I should start a new thread for this.

Ah yes, it does look like that, but the reality is that I didn't complete 100km every single day (most days we did, and on one day we rode at least 200km): I wish I could put more points on but methinks the rules allow only for each 100km day, unless I'm wrong or have misunderstood multiday ride allowances?
