Ouch indeed! More a rebuild than a repair?
If it's of assistance, a Toast sandwich is cheaper than Beans on Toast.

One of the guys in marketing came in to complain. Their office is round the corner and through a door. Lovely ripe camembert we brought back from France.
I don't move unless somebody squirts air freshener, which is a terrible smell.

Fishfinger sandwiches, for the first time in about 20yrs. Pollock in breadcrumbs on homemade brown bread, unsalted butter and lashings of ketchup. Marvellous!

I got by this evening on a tin of chick peas made into hommous and three pitta bread. Porridge and bagel with too much marmite on for breakfast, chicken breast with carrots and green beans for lunch, two bags of crisps, a double decker and 35 miles on the bike.
