Fried egg, bake beans and two slices of bread

    Two cups of coffee

1 tea followed by half a cup of water, handful of grapes

3 sardine sarnies and a packet of crisps

    Yet to come:

Another cuppa tea, Cadburys milk chocolate, lucozade, (possibly) more fruit and water

My body is a temple

cornflakes and toast followed by coffee and an orange juice (there is rather alot in the house at the moment)

Buffet lunch at BRNC after Trafalgar Day parade, followed by a number of drinks in the wardroom bar.

This evening, who knows, it'll depend on what NGale claims it to be

I always have some OJ in the house anyway as it's something I like to have at breakfast. However NGale has had something of a craving for the stuff for the past week and has managed to get through in excess of 20 cartons of the stuff. At the moment I seem to be a regular face at my local Sainsburys.

Lamb joint, with parsnips, carrots, Yorkshire puds and a heap of roast potatoes. If you adhere to one rule in life, it should be the one that says you can neer hae enough roast pototoes.

    Lemon meringue for dessert.

MM: Good choice on the figs. I'm very partial to fig rolls. I'm averaging three packets at the moment. It was four.

Quorn chilli last night. Very nice.
