Best jersey I've ever owned and £25 on Wiggle!
I ordered one of those yesterday but got sent a prologo instead by mistake. Also good but now have 2 red/white in medium...

    Twitchy fingers again...

I'm now tempted. The Castelli bib shorts arrived, and they're lovely. (At least, they look lovely - not used them yet  )

Yeah, they look muuuch better than the picture. The twitchy fingers were due to needing a new tyre and chain post wheel failure. The jersey pushed the total to over 50quid to get the extra discount ;)

As a reference point Jash is wearing his original Devolution jersey in his 'moi' picture.

I actually prefer the understated pad (and their AC pad on the free bibs is even skimpier) to the larger pad on the Assos bibs I have. Horses for courses with shorts...

Wearing Castelli Free Bibs too. Combine them with a Toupe saddle and Assos cream and you have a very comfy perch. I've ridden a few imperial centuries with that combo and had no worries at all. Of course if you have a fat ar$e you'd be in trouble.

Annoyingly my free bib are also sporting crash damage ad I cannot justify another pair atm.

    Oooooooooooooooooooooooooh interesting.

Now do I get the wheel or can I get someone to lace this into a Ksyrium....

You could get someone to build you up a custom one or maybe cyclepowermeters will customise the build. The 10% discount is for wheels only, I think

    Oooh.

Call me weird if you like.

Just nipped out to my car to change shoes into my new SPD-able shoes I got from LIDL this morning, just to see how comfy they are over a few hours.

Thought I may as well nip to the loo and try on the padded ladies capri pants thing (got M, wondered if I should have gone L). Well, they fit beautifully.

And the pad - well - it feels kinda nice..! So comfy that I put my jeans back on over the pants and now I'm sat in my work chair all padded and smooshy. I like it. Oooh.

Oh, also got kickstand, saddlebag with free tools & puncture repair kit, socks, and gloves. :)

Tick, tock. Tick, tock. Only 2.5days mulling time if you want the discount. ;) There was a similar offer on over christmas and I thought about it too long (didn't take account of the stated offer expiry). The reason I bought now was coz everything else seems to have gone up by 10-20% in the last few weeks

Ah the sweet sound of a man justifying his purchases. My "new" turbo measures power so I'm trying to add it into my training regime. Need to do some reading round the subject I think!

    Guilty as charged, yer honour.
Will probably get the Allen/Coggan book on power training.

  • Cervelo SLC-SL frameset. The new Bike 1.

I will never, ever, ever be allowed a slow day in the saddle again. Ever.

    Fook!
Swim. Bike. Run. Yeah. That's what I used to do.

  • Couldn't resist today the Giro Ionos helmet on sale at half price in Evans. Wondering if it's a bit too flash for the commute. Am hoping I'm getting near to the end of bike things I just have to have. There is an end right?
  • A couple of Specialized All Condition Pros for my commuting MTB - misprice by Evans meant I got about £10 off. :)

Looking forward to the new Rapha stuff going on sale tomorrow, though I'll probably chicken out of actually buying any of it - it's not cheap!

    Good, aren't they! :)

Viner (theoretically) in 2 weeks and one day. If it arrives before I go to australia (15th), I will be a very happy bunny indeed! :D
