Found I'm having the same problem with Eurosport and the Criterium de Dauphine... three times I have recorded it on different channels AND the following programme to find nothing related there... last night the whole evening's schedule bore no relationship to that published on their website or on the Virgin TV Guide...

And.. FFS.. if you have 4 channels (British Eurosport, British Eurosport HD, British Eurosport 2 and  British Eurosport 3D, wtf), why oh why does evey channel need to be showing French Open Tennis 'Live' when it clearly isn't 'Live'

I was sure they'd mentioned during the Giro they be showing the Dauphine. But as it hasn't been on I thought it was next week until I saw it on the Eurosport news last night.

Hmm....it's a tricky decision as to what's more worth watching, isn't it? A quality ride from Wiggins or yet another epic fail from Murray....

It days like today that the extra 6kg and lack of drops on the commuter really show it up... note to self: must stop procrastinating about a new commuter bike and get on and buy something...

Bloody Firefox, and in fact most web browsers. Give me some privacy by default. FF has a new update that installed itself earlier today, and now I find that hitting Ctl+T to create a new empty tab to hide what I'm looking at (BR, Telegraph as often as not) doesn't create a neat anonymous blank screen, it sticks up an array of panels showing what all the other tabs are doing. Just like Chrome, Opera and probably any other browser currently available. FFS developers, I want private browsing by default, not by having to look for some new option to tick and hope that it sticks. And not because I'm looking at pr0n etc; at home it's no-one's business what I look at on the net and no-one should be able to pick up where I've left off to squaffle through what I've been doing on the internet, and at work it's just better not to make it plainly obvious even if we do all accept that someone somewhere is logging all activity for future reference.

Web browser developers. Make privacy the default. I don't want a tab full of what's going on, or address bars that reveal to the world everything I've looked at to all & sundry. Gah.

Your average web user though will probably appreciate this kind of functionality. I believe it's a configurable option though, so at least you can change the behaviour yourself...

Ah the "wall of shame" I thought firefox already had that?

Any way yes it's fairly irritating isn't it, though can be turned off on most/all browsers. My browser has visual tabs so anyone could see what I'm browsing clearly more tabs open the less easy.

Bank fraud department blocked my credit card when I was buying my Canyon.

For fear of the super deal going to someone else, I used my debit card instead.

Y'day I unblocked my credit card.

Today, I get an email from Canyon - err, your debit card was blocked by your bank....

Had to unblock that one too.

Not the first time either - every time I buy something expensive online I have to let them know.

    SO irritating.

Let me get this straight. You posted a badly worded question in the commuting workshop forum. You only got one answer so you went crying to the MTB crudcatcher slagging off the commuter section hoping they would join you in the slagging whilst answering your really badly phrased question. You got a few answers after eventually giving up some relevant information and they took the mickey out of you and called you an illiterate troll. Now you are back over here.
Why? Do you want sympathy? Have you tried what Nicklouse suggested? He has half a clue about bike stuff.
