Certainly honed our skills today, plenty of sideways riding, hunting down other riders and a bit of tracking after Tim's bike. :)

Richard, hope the wrist is still OK and Tim hope you don't wake up in the morning with a mega stiff neck.

Good grief sounds like we should all have been sent to the Knackers Yard.

You think each week that the mud can't be more than the week before but it is.

Was certainly a muddy ride at Thorndon today, I must enjoy the mud as I was out for 4 1/2 hours.

Biggest group ride for a time with 5 of us, where are those fair weather riders?

It was great to meet you all.

  • What a great ride. Many thanks Robert for showing us around, you always show me somewhere new and new lines to take on the parts I do know. Certainly was muddy and really took it out of me, I was one knackered (but happy) bunny by the end.

    I'll be back........

hahaha fair enough, i might give it a miss until its drier then, my brakes do have a habit of being rather unreliable in bad conditions. Any news on One Tree Hill, or is that the same condition?

Well the weekend is approaching fast so it's time to oil the bikes up for the Saturday ride at Thorndon.

Kart track/ski slope car park 9am.

How 'fast' do you ride a circuit at Thorndon ? I am working my way back to being bike fit and tempted to tag along but not sure if i should hold fire for a few more weeks ? :?

If you come along you'll find out your level of fitness and we always wait for everyone.

If you find it too much it's very easy to make your way back to the car park.
