Thanks for pointing that out, Rob. For some reason the admin team thought I lived in consensus reality and had taken a stab at "United Kingdom"!

  • Just checking to see if I now have a sig and they stop cluttering up my mailbox.

After the ambient lighting at the old place, the flourescent tubes here are a bit hard on the eyes.

I cycle, run, and hill walk.

I have to - I suspect that my youngest son will be in some drongo section here and will lose all respect for me if I don't have a high post count.

This could make the 'girls in lycra' thread a lot easier to browse :)

Gosh, doesn't it all look different. I quite like the main website, but the new forums will take some getting used to.

Edit: What's happened to my post count? I had hundreds before!

Edit #2: My name makes no sense in uppercase. barq has to have a small 'b' and 'q' to work.

I am having to fight very hard against the urge to run around snarling "WHO ARE YOU?! WHAT DO YOU WANT?" at every poster I don't recognise.

I've still got all my posts which is making me feel a bit guilty.

Sam or Patrick, just say something, anything, to me so that I lost the feeling that I'm in a cyber-vacuum.

    Pssst. Tom...

I've told Jarvis to get the good stuff out from behind the bar.

And I'm going to get some decent coffee going.

    There may be muffins.

I slagged Rob off once (unintentionally, and whilst I was still a relative newbie) and I have been blanked ever since by him/her!
    OK, I'm SORRY! :P
