This should be a stickie to keep it at top of list!!
Went to decathlon in Paris today, bought good btwin bib shorts for 29 euro, 2 normal cheap shorts for 8 euro each (œ6 for shorts wow and I already had these so know their ok), btwin bibs for 42 euro and a cracking btwin jacket reduced to 39 euro.
I also got a pair of very warm ski gloves for 10 euro in case winter arrives.
They must have the same in the uk, I bough similar in lakeside decathlon.
The btwin and atrak may not be the most fashionable but they are very comfortable and the bib tights are very comfy and very warm. I have wore them down as low as minus 3.
I dont mind the current range having celtic patterns as I am welsh [:D]0 -

I've just been into Tescos, in the pound boxes was a pile of alu bottle cages. Bog standard cages, nothing flash, but perfectly servicable
Took two to the till, on checking my reciept I found out they were BOGOF.
Two bottle cages for a quid, what a bargain. And they even have the fixing bolts with them!!!!0 -
Re the Ultegra fronts at On-One/ P-X : I can't determine if these use normal (straight pull ?) spokes or some strange spoke that if I ever break one will take 6 months to arrive on a boat in Japan ?
I'm seriously tempted to get a front for use as a nice dry-weather training wheel at that price - can hardly NOT be worth it !0 -
Ribble have got an extra 10% off there already good value prices
Have just purchased a pair of Michelin Kyrlion carbon tyres for a few pennies less than œ30.00.0 -
Any comments on the Ultegra wheels (especially the fronts as sold cheaply by P-X) ?0
-
Andy
Just received my Ultegra front wheel from Planet-X who are also seeling them on ebay , very light , bearings feel super smooth , and it looks very good . You are just not going to find a better front wheel for œ35 .0 -
Thanks Andrew : I am assuming that the Ultegras that on-one are selling at œ30 are the same as the ones that P-X are selling at œ39 !0
