About to make egg fried rice with chillis to go with remainder of curry tonight. It will be Wok cooked as it should be. Rice will be white Basmati again cooked in the pan with water and drained and rinsed and cooled slightly. I can't seem to get the right consistency for white basmati for stir fried when using the rice cooker.

The trouble is that although I'm, erm, taking the mickey, it won't stop 'em.
Rather like PB, I'm a bit old school, so I boil boiled potatoes, boiled boiled rice, fry egg fried rice, etc. Seemed to work for a few thousand years.
Just don't mention the microwave I've got...

Well, after prompting from FB, I've put in the necessary details to get paid for my FB Page (now at 1.2m views and 108k reactions for the past 28 days). I've only done it out of curiosity - if it's anything like Spotify, it'll be about 37p, and the minimum qualifying payment is $25. Intriguing. If I do get paid anything, I might suddenly decide that Zuckerberg is a great chap.

FWIW, it's not really viral, as it's been fairly organic growth over five years, but I think it's that I share lots of decent touristy photos of an area that is stunningly beautiful and lots of people are attached to an proud of. (Well, there is the other aspect of middle-aged French females, but let's ignore that bit.)
Re copyright (not that it bothers me, cos anyone can steal FB photos with a right click, and they aren't works of art), apparently I still have that, in theory.
I guess my value to FB is all the traffic/users I drive to the site who then get bombarded with adverts, lycra porn, and conspiracy theories. Goodness know how many gigabytes of photos-as-data they are paying to store for me, and burning the planet in the meantime.

I can assure you that photos are artistic works, under copyright law. There is a separate question of whether there is anything original that has been created. If it is a photo from a viewpoint from which lots of other photos have been taken, probably not. If you dick with the exposure and capture that view at a once in a century perigee, you have a better chance.

Brief reading suggests that payments are more for video content, and it's quite a complicated system of how much traffic clicks on ads, so my guess of 37p might be closer to the mark.

I was in the same boat but I found the settings. They now show up on my laptop.
Not sure I'll keep them though, and probably less than half have a signature..

Nah, not going to do video, other than the odd panorama sweep. Ride, snap, ride, snap, snap, snap, etc. is what I do.
I guess I'd be more than happy if it amounted to a new simple camera now and then, as I don't treat them with much respect. Or new tyres. Or new brake blocks. You can tell I'm ambitious.
