Sosa to Equipo Kern Pharma. His career hasn't exactly gone the way it was supposed to go when he reneged on his deal with Trek to join Ineos.

Ineos have signed Lucas Hamilton from Jayco.

Not raising excitement levels massively but a solid domestique I guess

Not much point in having solid domestiques without a decent team leader. I genuinely don't know what their aim is for stage races - podium at the shorter ones and top 5 in one or more GTs?

I feel Carlos Rodriguez is criminally underrated, despite still being young. He didn’t have the best season this past one, but still won Romandie and came second in Itzulia.

I thought he was going to make a step up this year after a decent but slightly unfortunate Tour in 2023, I was expecting him to be be 'best of the rest' behind Pog, Jonas and Remco (possibly even pushing Remco). However, I didn't really see that improvement. I agree he's still young and from memory had illness at the Tour so it's early to judge but it feels like he might be the equivalent of Murray in the era of Federer, Nadal and Djokovic.

He’s a talent but is lacking explosive power, also needs to improve his TT.

Hopefully the new way forward for Ineos means they’ll focus on these areas with him.

Also, might be difficult after all that has happened in the last few weeks, but Pidcock’s their star rider, they need to back him 100%.

Paddy Bevin transfers from DSM to team retirement despite having a year left on his contract. He's barely raced for the last 2 years and not finished an event since March. Sounds like he's been battling a heart issue.

    Good luck to him!

I saw that and thought I bet you'd have picked it up already.

It'll be interesting to see how he does on the road.

It's been rumoured for a while on some MTB forums, but none of the road journalists had picked it up, so there was a doubt. You don't rely on MTB journalists for transfer rumours, as they don't bother. Most MTB transfers are announced from 1st January......

That's good to hear, she must have inspired a huge amount of cyclists to take up the sport over the years.
