That is a very fair point. Touché!

Yep, transfers can now be confirmed and Narvaez is one of the first. Ben O'Connor's move to Jayco-Alula is also official.

Yep and UAE is surprising considering he was given a bit of free rein at the Giro with Ineos. I doubt he’d have gone if he was at UAE.

Guillaume Martin to FDJ, presumably to continue trying to finish in the top 15

Guillaume Martin from one French team to another - Cofidis to Groupama-FDJ.......Hmmm....says everything about many French riders.

He'll be dominating the Ardennes in 2025

How to make sure Pogacar doesn't get beaten - sign up the riders who have beaten Pogacar 😃

Both Valentin Paret-Peintre and Max Schachmann are rumoured to be Soudal-Quick Step bound.

It won’t add many to their roster!

Florian Vermeersch moving from Lotto-DSTNY to UAE.

Is this to help Pog win Roubaix?

Simon Yates confirmed to be joining Visma-Lease A Bike on a two year deal.

Widely rumoured but now confirmed - Bob Jungels to Ineos
0 -
I doubt he's looking at it yet, needs to win Milan-San Remo first.

Ineos confirm Bob Jungels' arrival on a two year deal.
0 -
Giulio Pellizzari confirmed to Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe.
0 -
I personally believe there should be a general levy on all transfers.
2 -
Payable by whom and to whom? Jungels was on a two year deal at Bora-Hansgrohe, so how can you levy a transfer cost on someone who'll be out of contract at the end of the year?

Dan Bigham leaves Ineos, I expect there'll be competition to sign him up.
I'm guessing he didn't want to Bigham up the Jungels massive

Yeah, Bigham leaves Ineos and is pretty scathing in how they operate; there's an article/ interview in the Torygraph (paywalled).

Ineos are clearly missing something VismaLAB and UAE have, but I'm not sure Bigham leaving is evidence of much. He doesn't really stay anywhere long and has a history of falling out with people who don't do what he wants.

It's high on whinge and low on detail.
