    Those are Sean Kelly results... I guess you can say that, I always consider him a rider of the 80s, but yes, he did win races in the 90s

    I would say those results disqualify the rider from being a rouleur.

    Kelly did win races that rouleurs usually win - but did he win them in the way a rouleur would?
