    I was just a bit hungover today... similar weather here to on the Tour so instead of a nice Sunday pub ride I'm dragging myself onto Zwift.

    I thought the rule was no food from team mates/others in the last 20k as a way to cheat the no feeding in the last 20k rules (a la Porte and Froome some years back) and no taking food from spectators.

    You can't take a feed from side of road or car in last 20 k
