    I guess this will at least make the fights for breakaways more interesting, as pretty much anyone can be allowed up the road and not be a threat :D

    From the doc in my previous post (my bolding):
    In cases where riders who have finished
    outside the time limit are reinstated by the president
    of the commissaires’ jury, they will forfeit all of the
    points they have gained in the various secondary
    classifications    .
