    Well his closest rival, the second favourite, was 12" off his time after forgetting how corners work... Don't think there was all that much competition after 3 weeks tbh.

    But fairly reasonably IMV it was overshadowed a bit by that attack at the end.

    I thought he'd be good for a spell in pink and maybe a stage but his back would play up. I was wrong. Not for the first time, and not the last.
    Would his back have lasted the full parcours? We'll never know.
