    Bike Exchange car rides straight into the back wheel of one of their riders. Doesn't look too badly hurt luckily.

    Peter Serry slowed a lot. Bike Exchange car was alongside another car (race car) and they were handing something between the windows and the Bike Exchange car hit the back of the QS rider.

    Very lucky that was no worse. Driver not looking where they are going, just rear ended Serry.

    I've always felt the cars should have a designated driver, the driver is usually doing several other things and it surprises me we don't get more of that sort of thing.

    Leaders still over 2 minutes - only lost 30 seconds in the first 5km of the climb.

    If anyone significant gets in trouble, that gap drops like a stone.

    The good news is he's now overhauled Ganna. The bad news is that's because Ganna had completely emptied the tank and was basically doing a trackstand a few hundred metres behind the main group.

    And it wasn't the driver doing the exchange with the race director car because the driver is on the left. So he has no excuse
