I'm tempted to tell you on here because it will annoy Pinno even more >:) and I don't want Seano coming round and ransacking my house while I'm out. So yep I'll leave it off here for now and PM you shortly...

It will be Seano and me. Seano can keep the one's he wants and i'll smash the rest with a hammer.

There's some classy looking watches out there, i've had a look but none of yours look classy Stevo :)
You can take the man out of Redcar but...
Which ones don't you think are classy then? ;)
If I was to ever buy a watch, it would be a Breitling, along these sort of lines:

A Breitbling? Wouldn't a Rolex go better with your taste in cars? :)
Far too pretentious. That would cement me as a proper Porsche driving w@nker.
Why would you need to do any cementing?
I fully understand the angst and envy you feel after spending such a wad on a brand new car only to find it's full of niggles and the customer service wanes proportionately to the time since delivery.

Talking of time zine changes, does anyone else think its weird/unfair that Britain has 24 hours in a day but Europe only has 23 and 22 (depending where you are, obvs) per day?

Is this to do with the 100 seconds in a minute thing?
    no.

France is an hour ahead, ya?

So their 9 o'clock is our 8 o' clock, ya?

Its not full of niggles? But that what warranties are for, unless you can only afford old skips ;)

Customer service was really good once we sorted out what was inclusive in the service programme, think the girl on the service desk was not clued up enough

Similar to what I posted about construction and snags. I also worked in a car plant and there really shouldn't be issues with new cars.

The things I could you about how cars are tweaked/fixed after they've come off the production line.

so they go to bed an hour ahead of us and get up an hour earlier.

therefore their day is a day shorter.

Therefore they have 23 hours per day, we have 24.

Exactly! That’s why those french foreign exchange students seem to mature quicker.

I remember a well known German ford plant storing new model fiestas some years ago after they made them with the window wipers pierced on the wrong side for the mechanisms. Cost them a fortune because it was their fault.

When they swapped over from the Mondeo to the Sierra at Dagenham, they threw away 30,000 doors, 20,000 boot panels... 'Cos it was cheaper to dispose of rather than dismantle and recycle.
    So much for JIT production.

Pinno surely that's the wrong way round. Sierra to Mondeo perhaps.
