  • So would you rather play France or SA...? I'm not sure...

SA, and try and turn it into an ugly set piece game. Our (only?) strength has been in the forwards and we could try and take SA on for power and try and keep it tight, as is often the case between the two sides.

I just think France at their best have an attacking threat we can't contain and there is a danger they would blow us of the field again as per the 6N.

    I’d agree with MG2.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Can an argument be made that France are more likely to bottle it with all the pressure of being at home and now probably favourites?

Then again if they beat SA then they probably won't.

Really do not want an AB vs SA final, so I'd rather France win tonight.

I really think SA are going to do this... 🫣

    Me too,

Although if England can't win I'd rather it be France (now it can't be Ireland...)

Got away with it big time Etzebeth.

    SA very lucky.
  • Yep, how that was not given against SA is mind boggling.

I want France to win, I think they are a brilliant team, will just have to accept getting battered by them next week 😂

An incredible half, one of the best ever I think.

Etzebeth - not sure there's any mitigation as Antonio wasn't dipping or changing direction, and no one else involved.

Just lost 6-7 mins due to the pants ITVX app having a hissy. So missed the last French try. Good game though. Time to mute those 'kin adverts. 🤨

  • So much for the Northern Hemisphere dominating the quarter finals.
Thought the Boks managed the breakdowns and the ref extremely well.

    No, no, no, no.......
The worst possible final coming up in 2 weeks.
Few key decisions went the Saffas way, along with the ball bouncing their way most times.
Some match overall though, and what incredible intensity.

Yup! My pre-match predictions show just how little I know. 🤣

Signs were there in the 6N that both France and Ireland could misfire...
