Man, do I have to speed up? Is this a race? Anyway, mine tonight are discounted so I need to consume more to make the limit. Ah ok then.

I can't remember the last time I had 8 units, maybe that's why.
Just had a Hazy Jane to wash down a pizza, Gamma Ray in the fridge

Warming up with a bottle of Westons cloudy vintage - that's 4 units give or take. May take a break for dinner if Stressbag does the necessary.

Arran is unpeated. Ledaig is peated Tobermory from Mull. Not as peated at some of the Islay malts but a decent hit.

#1 Hefeweissbier, #2 Oakham Citra, #3 Crafty Old Hen. Time to dial up the abv, I feel a glass of SB calling my name... I should prob eat something other than crisps.

Just started a Hazy Jane, there's a Gamma Ray in the fridge calling me.
That Siren stuff looks good 'loon, any particular recommendations? I quite fancy a milk stout and porter in the mix.

Had an Erdinger Weissbier to start things off.

Onto the whisky now. Think I'll warm up with a Glendronach 12 and then got a new bottle of Glen Scotia 15 to get acquainted with.

Siren! Just (1/2 hour ago, with The Code ๐Ÿ˜Š) placed an order for delivery Mon or Tues depending how busy. Stouts: Their Broken Dream is amazing. Got champion beer of britain from Camra couple years back. Rich, coffee aromas. Plus they play about, ordered some Shattered Dream which they say is a step up. Then they have a version with cherry and cacao on top... Such a good brewery: about to celebrate their 8th anniversary.

Check their website. Full of info. I added in a few experimentals but mainlined on Broken Dream, Sold My Soul for Simcoe, and Soundwave IPA.

Not keen on Erdinger. Of the mainline supermarkets offerings, prefer Franziskaner hefe.

    MrsB on the prosecco.

Just about to watch episode 2 of Soundbreaking, music documentary on Sky Arts. Episode 1 was absolutely superb.

Worked with a lad called Simcoe many years ago, good bloke but not sure if sell my soul for him. Got particularly smashed at a work Christmas bash once, woke up in bed with the girl he'd taken to the party. Had no idea what had happened and felt a bit bad for a moment. But...
Turned out they were just friends and it was fine. Had to find my way home from somewhere north of the river but it was fun.

Ya belter ye, in the style of Gerry Cinnamon.

The Simcoe is the hop variety they do 4 ways in their 7.2% IPA, comes in 440ml can, very very pleasant. Fruitiness and bitterness. Mmm mmm mmm.

(D'ye think I might be becoming a fan of this brewery.)

Me just plain old Guinness me.
Keeping it sane as i'm actually going to ride my bike on an actual road tomorrow.
Rollers have been stashes temporarily. You've heard it from me: This winter has a bite left in it. I can feel it on my bones.
Today was stunning but spent most of it cleaning, doing chores, DIY and schooling Shorty.
