Not sure about allowing picks well after the breakaway has been established. Midday cut off not an issue for normal finish times (ie 4.30 pmish UK time), but not for stages finishing shortly after 3.00 pm.

I made my feelings on the matter very clear earlier in the week and the response was, them’s the rules. Once again, it didn't really help anyone did it... both times when I've tried to do it (once this Giro) the break hasn't even lasted to the end.pblakeney said:
