    I have Planet Rock on standby. 1980s poodle-hair metal ballads fit perfectly with the TdF. Scorpions is ideal, but I can do a bit of Saxon or Foreigner.

    USP of Paris-Roubaix is that it's a bike race using the wrong bikes. Today at #tdf2018 it's still the wrong bikes, now with most of the wrong riders. That's the genius of it.

    I've got ITV on the TV and the uninterrupted ES coverage on the laptop - just unmute the laptop during the ad breaks
