Carlton and Matt commenting on the lack of disc-brakes in the peloton today.

If you don't feel that there's an advantage to be had from disc-brakes in Flanders or Roubaix, what races would you pick disc-brakes for?

Surely they are only needed for descents off a mountain

At this pace and this stage of the race is it really necessary to throw your gloves into the crowd?

Anytime is good. Remember a third cat in a race throwing his bottle early in a break a la let's get this done '. He was dropped 5 km later :D

    My Man is Luka,
He lives in the second group

Has he been in some kind of trouble, some kind of fight?

Rolf Sørensen in non-Carlton mode pointing out the VIP tents shield the riders from the light crosswind on Kwaremont. Not like in his day....

Please do keep us informed with European insight as opposed to lukewarm British drivel.

Did enjoy reading ricks post about the interview with lafrevre and Boone.

Van Aert, Valgren and the other Astana's start the Kwaremont right at the tail of the bunch.

Wout Van Aert a bit casual, riding toward the rear of the peloton in the runup to Kwaremont, no hands, getting some food out of his musette.

Odd timing for Sporza to start their main coverage feature. Still, at least Kirby has bu*gered off for a bit.

Took about 60km for break to form, Sep managed to crash and have mechanicals before that, you've got Ian "Tomekke" Stannard as Your Man.
