I would suggest that nobody cares how fast Luke Rowe goes. Least of all Luke Rowe.

Surprisingly tough circuit. Should keep things interesting. I'm surprised there are so many full discs rather than deep rim wheels.

Leezer ends up taking 1'30" of Rowe's lead. He still needs to find 5'30"ish in Paris.

  • French Connection 2 is about the only sequel better than the first in a film series, IMO
    Godfather II
    Empire Strikes Back
    Aliens
    Wrath Of Khan

What are you talking about? The empire strikes back and aliens?

I can only assume you haven't watched star wars and alien...

ESB didn't even have an ending....

Martin looks ridiculous going up the climb at what looks like less than 10mph while still on the aero bars!

Tony Martin climbs the hill in an aero tuck, surely at that speed on a steep hill a higher stance would allow him to put down more power?

I'm worried about Luke doing all this media when he has a LR to focus on.

Spending time talking and letting his muscles tighten up rather than some silly cool down procedure seems perfect for his ambitions. He's pretty good for a guest though, nice and relaxed and happy to chat. Very similar to G, must be the Cardiff way.

Bodnar survives the Martin test and is looking like he has a good chance of the win, would be nice after he went so close the other day.

    What a lousy finishing layout.

Is there a reason the stage finishes about 150 metres inside the stadium and not on the other side which would give fans on both sides of the stadium the opportunity to see some of the action? Where the finish line is currently located, I don't think many fans will see much other than what will be shown on the big screens.

Presumably it starts on the other side?
  • It's right in the middle of the stadium. Where else would you have it?

Is there a live ticker for this? I'm at a wedding so can't watch live.

Kwiato seems to be going well considering his efforts in the last few weeks.

Whilst I'd be happy for Bodnar to win I don't think anyone could begrudge Kwia the win!

Kwiato really is classy looking on a bike.

Anyway these Calanque things are nice aren't they? Might have to pay a visit to such a magnificent coastline at some point.

What happened to Roglic? Stepped out for 5 mins and missed, only saw him get a push start.
